1. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. Similar browser storage, such as localStorage, can store preferences on your device. Utilumo aims to use only what is needed for site delivery, security, and user-controlled preferences.
2. Current launch setup
- Essential cookies
- May be used by infrastructure providers for security, routing, abuse prevention, or reliable site delivery.
- Theme preference
- Stored locally in your browser when you choose a light or dark theme.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics
- Planned for aggregate page and performance analytics without advertising profiles.
- Search webmaster tools
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are planned for indexing and search performance. They do not require marketing cookies on Utilumo.
- Advertising cookies
- Not planned for launch.
3. What Utilumo does not plan to use at launch
- No Google Analytics advertising setup.
- No Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar retargeting pixels.
- No cross-site advertising profiles.
- No newsletter tracking pixels unless a newsletter is added later and disclosed.
4. If this changes
If Utilumo later adds non-essential cookies, marketing pixels, behavioral analytics, accounts, payments, or newsletter tooling, this policy and the consent experience should be updated before those tools go live.
