Basic rules for using Utilumo tools, previews, exports, and reference content.

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. About Utilumo

Utilumo provides free browser-based utility tools and reference content. The service is operated by Andrej Fröhlich in Austria.

2. Use of the tools

  • You may use Utilumo for lawful personal, educational, and commercial workflows.
  • You are responsible for the content you process and for checking whether the result is suitable for your use case.
  • Do not use Utilumo to process content in a way that violates applicable law or rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to attack, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the website infrastructure.

3. Local processing

Many tools run locally in your browser. Local processing improves privacy, but it also means performance and output can depend on your browser, device, file size, and browser-supported formats.

4. No professional advice

Utilumo tools and articles are general utility and informational resources. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, security, or other professional advice.

5. Availability and changes

Utilumo may change, add, remove, or limit tools and content at any time. The website may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, browser incompatibilities, or security events.

6. Warranty and liability

Utilumo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is given that every tool result will be complete, accurate, compatible, or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Utilumo name, interface, code, design, and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You keep your rights in files, text, and other content you process with the tools.

These terms are intentionally lightweight for the first launch. They should be expanded before accounts, payments, subscriptions, uploaded processing, or user-generated public content are added.
